Street Food: Bánh Mì is a deli­cious fusion of France and Viet­nam. It com­bines the best ele­ments of both coun­tries: between the crispy bread halves of a clas­sic French baguette, which arrived in Viet­nam dur­ing the colo­nial peri­od, you dis­cov­er a taste expe­ri­ence with tra­di­tion­al Viet­namese fla­vors such as lemon­grass, fresh gin­ger, fra­grant corian­der and oth­er typ­i­cal ingredients.

We are look­ing for­ward to the instal­la­tion artist Ste­fan Reiss. With his art he has already inspired peo­ple in exhi­bi­tions in Lon­don, Shang­hai or Salzburg. Through his works he achieves there­by black and white or col­ored line mesh­es and an inter­ac­tion of sur­face and space.
